Laundry Room is located on the 4th Floor and is open 24 hours
Fitness Center is located on the 5th Floor and is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm
Main Office is located on the 6th Floor and is open from 9:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Computer Lab is located in room 2601 and is open from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am, Sunday through Thursday

**Over the last couple of weeks, many of you have had issues with RCN. They have now set up a separate hotline to deal with NYU specific information. If you are having technical issues (internet or cable not working at all) contact Jim McDonough at 212-842-7849, identify yourself as an NYU student/resident at 200 Water Street, and explain the problem that you are having. There is NO charge for this service as it is part of our contract with RCN. If you are having issues regarding speed, feel free to either email me directly or stop by the 6th floor Main Office.**

For any information that you can’t find here, please stop by the front desk or main office on the 6th floor between 9:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Or ask your RA!
